- The plan of action is to treat everyone fairly., air and resolve issues whilst treating all team members with respect. Listen to comments, and be open to ideas and opinions expressed.
Performance Management
- Chief Pharmacist manages performance and works with staff fairly and consistently.
Communication
- All members of the Pharmacy Team made sure they communicated in a timely and respectful manner, ensuring that departmental tasks were completed efficiently to the benefit of the patients.
