iMatter allowed us to identify "I have sufficient resources to do my job well" as an area that we could focus on to improve how we felt and worked as a team.
We saw how we could develop team priorities and create a plan aligned to the Strategic Vision. We looked at on reducing waste. We identified Standard Work and equalised distribution of Variable Work to release time and create capacity for team development.
This has allowed us to release time for analysts to visit other departments and work closer with “customers”.
As planners, we naturally want to measure how we're doing and we're able to see that our improvements are making a difference.
