STARS – Short Term Reablement Service

A service story of staff engagement

Indicating positive staff engagement with iMatter, the Short-Term Reablement Service 'STARS' were the first service in Dumfries and Galloway to have every team complete their plan for 2019-20.

Stars completed the 7 iMatter Storyboards and Actions requiring the input of 74 staff who work across 6,427km² 

iMatter is for us:

• a collective act of talking, listening and trusting that encourages meaningful insights, beneficial changes and strengthens our connections,
• a great way of being able to get together to reflect and discuss, then plan improvements we want ot make and experience at work.
• my opportunity to give my opinion on how I feel about my role, team, manager and organisation and influence this
• a good experience as it show the team share the same values and beliefs and it highlighted how well we work as a team and how well we feel we are treated.
